| Seeking Curious Courageous humans for a market research call! It is remote but there are outdoor elements - nature therapy, rucking, forest bathing, etc. For the full program, the ideal scenario would include a celebratory forest bathing empowerment photo shoot to celebrate the end of the 3-month transformation. Also would love to work with people already integrated deeply in the outdoors! I'm a photographer and certified life coach - building a new 3-month life coaching program, The Sophrosyne Journey - (motto: train like a beast, love like a goddess, live like a warrior), and I'm looking for a handful of people who would be open to doing a market research video call, in exchange for a coaching session for your time. The program is a 1:1 life coaching package, helping people to build sustainable lifestyle practices, better health, and cultivate self-love practices. Month 1 focuses on the Beast – Physical resilience, primal connection, rucking, creating structures like morning/evening rituals, self-discipline practices, and strength. Month 2 focuses on the Goddess (the program is also for men) - Sensuality, self-worth, nourishment, pleasure, and softness. Month 3 focuses on the Warrior - Integrity, fine-tuning structure & daily practices, future self work, boundaries & core values, personal ethos, and soul-aligned direction/life purpose. I'm exploring different target audiences - recovering people-pleasers, people recovering from break-up/divorce, and breaking out of the "good girl" archetype. The market research call would probably be 30-60 minutes, and in exchange for your time, you get a 60-75 minute coaching session. :) I'd love to connect if this ignites anything in your soul!
